Your satisfaction is very important to me and if you are not happy with your purchase, contact me right away and I will be happy to answer your questions, fix the problem and/or give you a full refund minus shipping charges. Please contact me first at email@example.com so I can give you authorization to do so. When you return the item, place it in the same package with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of receipt. You can use USPS Priority Mail!
There will not be any restocking fee, but you will be responsible for shipping it back to me.
Custom orders and rings, exceeding size 10, cannot be returned.
Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis, just send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to accommodate your requests.
Additional PoliciesCalifornia residents and other states will have sales taxes added to their purchases.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS will be responsible for any taxes that could be charged at your customs office. Keep in mind that your item could take a few weeks to arrive.
